Price per person: $800
Deadline to sign up: 1/27/16
Payment Plan: The total cost of your trip will be deducted on a pre-tax basis from your wages over twelve (12) paychecks starting 1/25/16 and ending on 4/15/16 - if you sign up this week.
Deductions will be as follows: Sign up 1/19 – 1/22 - deductions over 12 weeksSign up 1/25 – 1/29 - deductions over 11 weeks
Damages: Re-payment arrangements will be made on a case-by-case basis for damages caused by you or your guest to others property. c. Guest cost: You are solely responsible for the per person cost of your guest.
Termination: If you are terminated prior to repaying the full cost of the trip, the balance due will be deducted from your final wages.

We're all attending to have fun but keep in mind, this is a work trip.
All ONTRAPORT sponsored trips and events are family friendly functions. As such it is important for attendees to treat each other with care and respect, conscious of how their language and actions may impact others.
Alcoholic beverages will be made available to attendees in accordance with local and state laws.
As such management has the right to limit access to said beverages, enforce cooling off periods, and deny machinery usage at their sole discretion.
Your full participation is expected in all planned activities
